Schmalz GmbH thanks to the standardized MATCH interface solutions. This simple installation enables optimal adaptation to constantly changing manufacturing requirements and processes and also allows easy adaptation to future applications and projects. The electrical and mechanical interfaces allow full integration of Yaskawa robots and actuators from Zimmer Group and Schmalz. In particular, the MATCH Ecosystem ensures not only the mechatronic interface, but also the control. This allows not only the cable routing through the robot, but also the adaptation to the control system including software to be realized. With the help of the MATCH Ecosystem, all relevant communication parameters can be integrated into the robot, ensuring fast and uncomplicated integration.
